BIMINI 

bimini is a los angeles–based artist, songwriter, and producer creating coastal electronic music rooted in atmosphere, movement, and escape.

 

the project began during covid-19 quarantine while she was in lima, peru, under martial law. spending that time in the beach town of punta hermosa, she started creating music inspired by isolation, oceanic energy, and the need to stay connected through creativity.

 

without access to her usual gear, bimini leaned into a lo-fi approach — recording vocals on an iphone and building demos in ableton. what started as a “one song a day” mindset quickly evolved into a body of work shaped by limitation, consistency, and instinct.

 

those early recordings formed the foundation of her debut, including her first single “oof.”, and marked the beginning of the project as she began sharing her music organically through instagram.

 

since her debut in 2020, bimini’s music has been featured across radio, spotify playlists, and commercial campaigns. her sound continues to draw from coastal textures and emotional undercurrents — music made for movement, escape, and the feeling of being pulled toward something just out of reach.
